Intex pool from Euro Car Parts
Oh my goodness I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased not one but two big swimming pools! The one for my daughter seems in good shape so far, she is putting together and filling today, but ours!!! It arrived on the day due but no time slots, and I was in fact out but it was ok I had a neighbour looking out. I work for NHS and my hubby is a lorry driver so we are both at work during day. We got it put together Friday night and started to fill initially all fine so left filling overnight. Great looking pool really pleased at that point. Got up Saturday to a leak! So straight on to euro car parts, not open until Monday so used the chat bot left pictures and a note about the problem. Then to a faceless voiceless customer services. Who emailed they’d collect it or we could repair it! I said no to repairs, I would like replacement. ok we will collect, it’s arranged. Trying to tell someone that didn’t seem to grasp it needs emptying, slow process unless you want garden flooded. 5-6000 gallons of water! That has been paid for. Then taken apart and repacked. I asked for confirmation that the collection company could come Monday next as both at work. Too hot to do in evenings. Getting it emptied as we speak but need to repack. What about replacement? Can’t have that until first one returned! So they can’t bring new one when they take old one? They haven’t confirmed about Monday. They haven’t confirmed when replacement will be here. They haven’t said anything about a refund of my £500+ in their account. In fact apart from one word answers to simple questions they haven’t said a lot at all! Buy your pool elsewhere! Intex pools are great and sold by many companies who have a friendlier more helpful customer services. If there’s a problem with your purchase prepare for a very frustrating time!
So they have finally confirmed they will arrange pick up day for next Monday! One step at a time! Meanwhile we have no pool for however long, and still got a lot of water to put on garden lawn etc don’t want to waste entirely! Then we will have to buy more water if and when another pool arrives. May have to resort to a paddling pool while I’m waiting!

Terrible service
Terrible service. I ordered and paid for a swimming pool and attended a store a few miles away after I received the confirmation email that my pool was available. Once I arrived with my daughter who was excited to get a pool in the hot weather I was told the order had for some unknown reason been cancelled. Made even more frustrating by the fact we could see a pool identical to the one we ordered sitting behind the counter. I called customer services who had no idea what was going on and was unhelpful. I now have to wait 14 days for my money to be returned. My advice is never to use these guys and go to a more reputable company

Awful, go elsewhere.
My recent purchase, absolutely awful and that is an understatement, went to collect my order, it hadn't been checked and was damaged, no more in stock. On asking to speak to Manager was called a cheeky b**ch by staff serving. Manager seemed not bothered. Requested refund and instead of refunding part I ordered £198 I was refunded £12 so had to complain yet again, it's been 9 days and still awaiting refund. At the moment I would rather have car unusable than give Euro Parts my hard earned money. Would welcome a reply and findings of 'internal investigation.

100 pounds penalty charge for me standing few minutes outside of their silly tiny parking that is always full. You suck! Will never come back to this Coventry cyan park crap place. Just buy elsewhere.

No confirmation email of my order, first part of the order arrived with no packing note. Second part of the order arrived with parts crossed off of the packing note. S week later I'm still waiting for the last part of my order. Very poor performance.

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD Ordered a paddling pool three days ago for my 3 kids thru Amazon. Was told it’d be delivered by 8pm tonight. Have prepared the floor, kids ready to go…. Contacted euro car parts directly today for a specific time slot to be told that the order is being cancelled and I will get a refund in about 7 days….it’s not in stock!!!!
I’m sorry BUT HOW?!?! Would I ever have been told if I hadn’t contacted them?!? We ordered it days ago….
Kids devastated. Unbelievably frustrating. Dreadful, appalling service. Will NEVER EVER order thru this company again. Completely unreliable. If you want a reliable service DON’T USE THIS COMPANY
